What It Is
PRX Derm Perfexion is a topical chemical revitalizer that stimulates collagen production and brightens skin — without needles, without peeling, and without any downtime. The treatment uses a precise formulation of TCA (trichloroacetic acid), kojic acid, and hydrogen peroxide to trigger your skin’s natural renewal process at the cellular level.
Unlike traditional chemical peels, PRX Derm Perfexion doesn’t peel. The active ingredients work below the surface to stimulate collagen and address pigmentation, while the surface stays intact. You leave glowing, not flaking.

Procell uses microchanneling — tiny mechanical channels in the skin — which means 24–48 hours of downtime (redness, light flaking) and is most powerful for scarring, deep texture concerns, and stretch marks. PRX is needle-free and chemical-based: TCA and kojic acid work below the surface to stimulate collagen without breaking the skin barrier. No downtime, no peeling. Most clients pick PRX when downtime isn't an option, and Procell when they want maximum impact on a specific structural concern. Many clients eventually do both — they're complementary, not competing.
HydraFacial is a surface treatment — cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate — built for glow and maintenance with zero downtime. PRX goes deeper. It stimulates new collagen formation through chemical pathways, creating real change in skin tone, texture, and pigmentation over a series.
